It may look a little lengthier which it sure is, I suggest it be read for it doesn’t only put before you the facts & figures you won’t see on news, but also it gives a short brief on how our SOS module can easily raise a challengingly huge donation of $1 Million (at least) just by your joining/liking us! This 5 minute read is all we want you- whenever you can- to donate to those 107,000+ Children fearing death.

THE CAUSE & THE CONTEXT
Past is long gone, future is still to come yet addressing us through the present. Let’s talk about what the recent past has put to our attention which my friends, would endanger our future if not quickly handled.
Recent floods in Pakistan- endorsed by UN Sec. General to be the largest catastrophe of recent times on the face of earth- haven’t just taken a 2000+ lives & displaced 24million people but their aftermath has also put to threat more than 4million lives! As World Health Organization reports, 3.5million innocent Children alone are at the risk of death due to the recent outburst of waterborne diseases ( http://bit.ly/dBoNnh ) which have started to kill, already ( http://bit.ly/pkfld1 )!
Things are more serious than the news media tells. On ground situation is so furious that it shivers your spine when being there! On a serious note, we so need to wake up.
700,000 cases of acute diarrhea, 1,000,000 (a million) cases of skin disease, 183,000 cases of lethal malaria have so far been totaled as of today, September 24th, 2010! 400,000 pregnant women- so far estimated- expect 45,000 deliveries each month and still, 1.4million people still reside at makeshift camp/tent cities even after 2 exact months to date!
Recent stats claim approximately 107,000+ innocent little Children are at the verge of threat; a life-threat that is! Since our raised-a-billion-fingers-at Govt. is still shamelessly busy with making ‘effective begging techniques’ basis of which I don’t approve of, and since media coverage- both domestic and int’l- is of not much help either, and since most of the world is discriminatory towards us, as Nan Buzard, Director Red Cross states (ref: http://n.pr/98YXLl & ( http://bit.ly/pkfld2 )), and since the donor-fatigue inclusive of lack of trust in most of our public institutions is another major reason for the lack of aid we face in Pakistan today.

THE CONCEPT
We, therefore, decided to either find a way or make our own; hence finally come up with an effective way that focuses more on the corporate sector- so to achieve more from lesser sources in lesser time- and itself is as quick-selling as the sensitivity of the situation.
We’ve almost completed a corporate module to go that initially aims to raise $1 Million on SOS basis- to help provide the critically needed support to those best deserving- simultaneously offering an interestingly high return of likely the same value to our donors-cum-sponsors.
Another salient & distinguishing feature of our module is to ensure the lowest possible administrative cost. F.Y.I ‘most’ of the NGOs in county, spend a big chunk from your donations on the administrative & fund-raising expenditure; from 25% up to 40% e.g. Agha Khan Foundation spends 27.1% ( http://bit.ly/AKFexp ). International non-profit average around 15% to 25%, yes big names inclusive! We shall proudly & positively distinguish by holding the administrative & fund-raising cost lowest, it possible, by even less than 3%! This, my friends, is one of the reasons it took us long to finalize the module.
We have achieved quite many milestones so far. I’d share them soon. A couple of formalities still put this module pended; a major one has almost been accomplished, so shall the rest be!
